Online Registration for CSW 2022 will close on May 24 at 11PM!
After May 24, only on-site registration will be available.
Early bird registration rates apply until May 2, 2022:

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notification must be received no later than May 11th in order to qualify for a refund. There will be a $100 fee associated with canceling your registration. Requests received after May 11th will not qualify for a refund. To cancel your registration, please contact Conference and Event Services via e-mail at conferences@umich.edu or by phone at 734.764.2000.
COVID-19 POLICIES
All CSW 2022 attendees are required to complete a daily health screen and show proof upon morning check-in using the University of Michigan ResponsiBLUE health questionnaire. The CSW 2022 Duty of Care is also available on our website.
*Be sure to book your accommodations as soon as possible! Many of our conference blocks expire at the end of April 2022!*
